Anonymous Call Rejection - FiOS Digital Voice You can use Anonymous Call Rejection to reject most phone calls from callers who have blocked the display of their telephone numbers for Caller ID. Anonymous Call Rejection does not block calls made to you from outside your local calling area or through operator assistance.

When Anonymous Call Rejection is on, your phone will not ring if callers have blocked the display of their number. Instead, callers will hear an announcement saying that you are not accepting blocked calls. They will be instructed to hang up, unblock their number, and dial again if they want to reach you.

All calling features are subject to availability and compatibility restrictions.

To set up Anonymous Call Rejection

  1. Sign into your FiOS® Digital Voice Account Manager

  2. Select Calling Features on the left side of the screen

  3. Select Incoming Call Block tab to open it

  4. Select Reject All Anonymous Calls

  5. Click Activate Incoming Call Block
