If you decide you no longer need a Set-Top Box or are disconnecting your FiOS TV service, you need to return your equipment to Verizon. Once we have received the equipment you will no longer be billed for it.
If the equipment is affixed with a label which includes the following message, "PROPERTY OF VERIZON. DO NOT REMOVE FROM PREMISES", then you must not remove the equipment and you will not be charged an Equipment Fee for non-return of such equipment.

The return box it has everything you need to box your equipment and return it at no charge to you.
- Request a return box online by signing in to My Verizon.
- Scroll down the right colum to the Account Actions section and select the TV tab.

Select Add/Return Equipment and follow the onscreen steps to request a return box.
Let Mail Boxes Etc., or UPS box and ship it
First, verify the equipment to be returned by calling 1-800-VERIZON (1-800-837-4966). Then bring your equipment unboxed to the nearest Mail Boxes Etc. or UPS store. They will box and ship the equipment at no charge to you.
Bring your equipment to a FiOS TV store
First, verify the equipment to be returned by calling 1-800-VERIZON. Then bring your equipment unboxed to one of our designated Verizon FiOS TV stores. There is no charge to you for returning equipment to a designated store location.
