    To search for a specific business by name:.

    1. Press the Menu button on your FiOS TV remote.
       
    2. Select Widgets and press OK.
       
    3. Select OK to access the available FiOS TV Widgets.
       
    4. Select News and Info and then select the icon for Visual 411. Press OK.
       
    5. Select OK to launch Visual 411.

      *It takes a moment for Visual 411 to load*
       
    6. Select Business Name Search and press OK.

      A virtual keyboard appears.
       
    7. Spell out the name of the business you want to find. Use the arrow keys to navigate to the letters and press OK to select each letter. Once you are done, navigate to the Enter button on the virtual keyboard and press OK.
       
    8. If more than one business appears in the search results, select the listing you want and press OK.
       
    9. You now have the option to:
      • View the location of the business on a map displayed on your TV screen
      • Send the business listing to a Wireless mobile phone  
    **Please follow the onscreen instructions depending on which option you choose to use**
