If a SUP is issued the valid values are 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, and 7.

Recommended Solution

You should check the Verizon Business Rules to determine if a SUP needs to be issued and what the valid values are for the SUP.

E06FLDH01091

LSO must be a valid Verizon NPA/NXX

This error message indicates that the Local Serving Office is not a valid Verizon NPA/NXX.

Recommended Solution

The NPA/NXX of the local or alternate serving central office of the customer location or primary location of the end user is invalid. Populate this field with a valid Verizon NPA/NXX for the End User address by obtaining accurate information by using the appropriate Pre-Order transaction. E06FLDH01103

NC, NCI combination is not valid

This error message is advising that the Network Channel Code/Network Channel Interface Code combination used on the Local Service Request is invalid.

Recommended Solution

Check the CSI to validate that the TOS indicated on the LSR matches the Class of Service on the End User's account. Validate the data entered on the NC/NCI/SECNCI Fields on the LSR and submit the correct code. Refer to the Business Rules NC/NCI/SECNCI/ Matrix for the valid codes based on the TOS entries.

E06FLDH01106

Required if pos 1 of REQTYP=F, PORTTYP = T and SGNL does not = LS or GS.

The error message will provide the field name that is required if position 1 of the Request Type is populated with a "F", the Port Type is populated with a "T", and Signaling does not equal "LS" or "GS".

Recommended Solution

Check the LSR to validate that the REQTYP and PORTTYP has been input correctly. If the REQTYP and PORTTYP are entered correctly, contact the WCCC to issue a trouble ticket.

Required if HA is populated.

If the Hunt Group Activity Field is populated on the Local Service Request then the Hunt Group Quantity Field (HTQTY) is required

Recommended Solution

Check the End User's CSI to validate that the Hunting Quantity is correct on the LSR. If the hunting QTY is incorrect issue a SUP to correct or change the quantity. To ensure that the submitted LSR is correct for Hunt Groups, see the Select Service Offering: Hunting.

E06FLDH01269

Quantity provided must equal the quantity of values provided in HGI HTNs and HGI HTN ranges.

This error message indicates that the Hunt Telephone range number does not equal the number of Hunt Telephone Numbers.

Recommended Solution

Compare the LSR to the End User's CSI to determine that the hunt group is existing on the account and that there are not any changes that are being made to the hunting sequence. Consult the Business Rules for information that can be used to remove or change the hunting sequences.

E06FLDH01455

If SUP=7, a SUP=6 must exist for same CCNA PON combination.

If a SUP 7 is issued, a SUP 6 must already have been submitted for the same CCNA PON combination.

A SUP 6 (which is for engineering query request) is only valid when a previous LSR is in a Jeopardy state and if it was for a reason other than "no facilities are available". If a SUP 6 is received and a previous LSR is in a Jeopardy state for a no facilities condition, then a new error message will be sent back to CLEC.

Recommended Solution

Check the LSR to ensure that a SUP 6 has been issued. If a SUP 6 has not been issued a SUP has to be issued to cancel the pending SUP 7.

Recommended Solution

Verizon does not offer unbundled switching arrangements or unbundled shared transport at packet switch central office locations. Before submitting an order for these services, you should review the Packet Switch Deployment List for Verizon

Use the Address Validation Pre-Order Transaction to identify the CLLI code. Compare the CLLI code next to the Packet Switch Deployment List for Verizon found on Ordering Local Services.

If the CLLI code is found on this list, Platform services cannot be offered. Resale Services can be ordered in packet switching central office locations.

The Implementation Contact field on the Local Service Request (LSR) is Required if the Requisition Type does not equal JB (Directory Listings and Assistance), Activity equals N, C, M, T, V and the Line Activity or the DID Telephone Number Activity equals N, M, T.

Recommended Solution

Check the Local Service Request (LSR) to validate that the Implementation contact (IMPCON) field is populated. This person is the customer contact that will be informed by the provider installer when the end user requires activity other than that ordered by the customer.

End Users name must match at least one name on the customer profiles obtained using the LSR ATN.

Recommended Solution

Prior to submitting an LSR request obtain a current CSI to identify if the account is active and the End User name is as it appears on the account. Validate if the End User name was submitted correctly, in the correct residential versus business format, on your LSR. Validate the ATN to verify if the correct ATN was used for the End User.

This error message is advising that the End User Name and Address on the Local Service Request does not match the Customer Service Record.

Recommended Solution

Prior to submitting an LSR request obtain a current CSI to identify if the account is active and the End User name and address is as it appears on the account. End User Name and address must be submitted in the correct format for Residential or Business accounts, and must match End User name and address returned on CSI.

You cannot use the same Line Number more than one time on the Number Portability Form.

Recommended Solution

You will need to review "LNUM" Field on the Number Portability Form and issue a SUP to correct the entry. The value in the "LNUM" Field cannot be repeated on the PON.

A Line Rate IOSC must be present in the Feature field on the Resale Form if the Line Activity equals N, C, V and the 2nd position of the Type of Service equals J (PBX) and Signaling is not populated (SGNL fie ld).

Recommended Solution

If position 2 of TOS=J, LNA=N, V and the request is to add a POTS Line, SGNL is not required. For LNA=C on a POTS line, Line Rate IOSC must be present on Profile or LSR.

Fixed call forwarding IOSC on the Port Service Form requires a Telephone Number with correct format in the Feature Detail.

Recommended Solution

You will need to check the "Feature Detail" Field on the Port Service Form and format the Fixed Call Forwarding IOSC correctly. The TN should be formatted with the 10 or 11 digits of the Call Forward TN. If the Call Forward To TN is a long distance telephone number, then a "1" must precede the 10 digit telephone number.

Review your Provider Notification report found in Wise Order. If you are able to review a CSI and the account is on your platform, you will need to contact the WCCC to issue a trouble ticket.

Recommended Solution

Prior to submitting an LSR request (Examples: Records, Change, Disconnect, Suspension or Restoral) you will need to obtain a current CSI to identify if the account is active. You may also wish to validate the ATN was submitted correctly on your LSR. If you are unable to obtain a CSI, it is possible the End User may have another provider. You may wish to review your Provider Notification reports. Please note it can take up to 4 calendar days to update Verizon's systems once a Completion Notice is generated. If you are able to review a CSI during this time frame and you cannot wait for the order to update to in Verizon's systems, contact the NMC to process your request.

If you reserved a new TN, validate the TN returned from the Telephone Number Assignment Inquiry Pre-Order Transaction matches the TN submitted on your LSR.
