An Out of Hours port request is required where the Desired Frame Due Time (DFDT) is after 5pm local time, Monday - Friday or anytime between 8A ET and 4P ET Saturdays.
Sunday or Holiday ports are not considered.
- Out of Hours ports must be completed by 9pm local time.
- All porting, testing and release of Verizon translations must be completed by 9pm local time.
- Local time is defined as local time to the end user's number being ported.
- Out of Hours requests that extend beyond 9pm will not be supported.
- Pre-approval is required for all Out of Hours port requests.
- CLEC is required to call the RCCC for all complex porting.
