Verizon offers a no cost comprehensive training program, using facilitator-led workshops, video and Web-Based Training.

Workshops


Workshops introduce new products, explain revised processes and cover the "how to" associated with Verizon's local and access products. Workshops also demonstrate how to effectively apply order samples, apply business rules and understand defect codes.

Web-Based Training (WBT)


Requiring only internet browser access, you can train on pre-order, order and trouble ticket entry. The material is updated to mirror responses received in production CSG and VTAG.
