Subject: Separate Publications of Vermont, Massachusetts and New Hampshire Directories

The purpose of this notice is to advise you that in compliance with an order from the Vermont Public Service Board, nine Vermont directories will be split to publish the White Pages and Yellow Pages as separate directories. In addition, two New Hampshire and one Massachusetts directories delivered to Vermont customers will also be split into separate White Pages and Yellow Pages directories. These changes will not impact the Tel Close Date, Publication Date or listings contained within these directories. The delivery of these directories will be modified to mail or hand-deliver the White Pages directory and Yellow Pages directory one day apart. Please review the information below to determine any impact your company.

In Vermont, the White Pages directory has been assigned a new directory number while the Yellow Pages Directory will retain the directory number previously used for the combined White and Yellow Pages Directory. One exception to this is the White River Junction directory, where the yellow pages directory has also been assigned a new number. See the chart below for details.

Two New Hampshire and one Massachusetts directories are delivered to Vermont residents. In compliance with the PSB order, these residents must receive separate White Pages and Yellow Pages directories. New directory numbers have been assigned to the split version of these directories. See the chart below for the new directory numbers.

The residents in New Hampshire and Massachusetts who receive the directories listed above will continue to receive the current White Page and Yellow Pages combined directory. The directory numbers of the combined directories will remain unchanged. See the chart above for the directory numbers.
