Overview of UNE Services |
|
WIth Verizon Unbundled Network Elements (UNE) Services, specific equipment and facilities are "unbundled" from traditional end-to-end services (such as residential dial tone service) in order to allow Competitive Local Exchange Carriers (CLECs) to use components of Verizon's network. An example of a network element would be a loop connected to a competitive carrier's facilities instead of Verizon's facilities.
