Working Service on Premise (WSOP) Table (Cut Through Decision)
Verizon East
The Working Service on Premise field on the End User Form and the Type of Service (TOS) field within the Pre-Order Scheduling & Availability transaction may be determined by using the response from the Pre-Order Address Validation transaction. For the order process, WSOP field validation is no longer necessary to designate cut through or additional line requests. Values of "L", "V" and "Z" will continue to be supported. If values of "C" or "A" are populated they will be treated as a "Z". The tables below show the correct entries in these fields for various Resale and Platform Residence ordering scenarios. To determine if enough cut through facilities are available you must determine the parameters of your service request as either New Connect/Outside Move or Additional Line request. Please note an additional line request may occur during or post migration. Once you have determined your parameter use the appropriate calculation model to determine your due date interval decision.

Parameter 1 (New Connect/Outside Move) - when the Activity (ACT) field on the LSR form = "N", "T" or ("C" with a Line Activity (LNA) on the RS or PS form = "T") use the following calculation model (excluding VT):
CTI "Y" = 1 facility/CTI "N" or "C" = 0 facilities
Combine with the CF value to get total number of cut through facilities
If total number of cut through facilities (CTI plus CF) is equal to or greater than the number of lines being installed with the service request, the Cut Through interval may be utilized. If the total number of cut through facilities (CTI plus CF) is less than the number of lines being installed, refer to the table below for the proper TOS field value for the Scheduling & Availability Pre-Order Transaction.

Parameter 1a (New Connect/Outside Move) (VT only)
CS = "TOV" = 1 facility/CS = anything other than "TOV" = 0 facilities
Combine with the CF value to get total number of cut through facilities
For VT only, the CTI field is not applicable to determine cut through facilities. The Class of Service (CS) field on the Address Validation response should be used to determine if available facilities for the main line.
If total number of cut through facilities (CS plus CF) is equal to or greater than the number of lines being installed with the service request, the Cut Through interval may be utilized. If the total number of cut through facilities (CS plus CF) is less than the number of lines being installed, refer to the table below for the proper TOS field value for the Scheduling & Availability Pre-Order Transaction.

Parameter 2 (Additional Lines) - when the Activity (ACT) field on the LSR form = "V" or "C" with a Line Activity (LNA) on the RS or PS form = "N" use the following calculation model (Verizon East):
Compare the CF value to the number of lines being installed.
If the total number of cut through facilities (CF only) is equal to or greater than the number of lines being installed with the service request, the Cut Through interval may be utilized. If the total number of cut through facilities (CF only) is less than the number of lines being installed, the Additional Line interval should be utilized for the Scheduling & Availability Pre-Order Transaction.
(Since there is existing working service for this customer the CTI information (main line facilities) can not be used to determine cut through availability.)
