Local Service Interface (LSI)

LSI is an online application provided by Verizon that allows CLECs to send and receive Order transactions using a web browser.

LSI is accessible through a security server via the Internet. The CLEC must have access to the World Wide Web. It is the CLEC's responsibility to set up and maintain an Internet connection. The following Internet browsers are supported: Internet Explorer version 5.01 or higher, Netscape version 7.1

Security Requirements:
A User ID, password and digital certificate are all required to access LSI. Each user will need to obtain a unique ID, password and digital certificate to access LSI. Verizon does not allow sharing digital certificates. Verizon reserves the right to revoke digital certificates and suspend access to LSI if Verizon encounters that users are sharing digital certificates.

The following tasks must be completed to establish this connection:

Submit Connectivity Request over a Secure Connection

Submit an LSI Super User Connectivity Request Form **For Designated Super Users Only.
(Verizon will contact the requestor when an account has been established.)

**Super Users are customer-designated personnel who will manage LSI accounts for their companies.

All other applicants who need access to LSI, must contact their Super Users to obtain an ID and Password.

Digital Certificate Help After you have received your LSI ID and password, if you need assistance with your digital certificate, please select Digital Certificate Help.
Ready to Begin If you have completed the previous steps and are experiencing systems trouble, please contact the Help Desk at 877-946-5222.
