Ports are not discounted for this promotion. Please note that
rate elements applicable at end user locations are not discounted in
all MSAs.

And, when you take advantage of the
promotion by upgrading your DSR service to a higher bandwidth service,
you have the option of transitional billing for 2 months. This
option allows you to pay 50% of the monthly recurring charge for the
mileage and node on the existing service and 50% of the monthly
recurring charge for the mileage and node on the new, upgraded service
for 2 months.
Plus, there's more -termination
liability will not apply on DSR services ordered under this promotion
if they are cancelled after the first 36 months of a 60-month
contract, or after the first 38 months of a 62-month contract.
