International Toll Free Service

International Toll Free Service (ITFS) provides your non-U.S. customers or U.S. customers that are traveling, access to businesses in the United States at no charge to the caller. ITFS gives you the opportunity to increase billed international minutes and provide other international voice products. With service available from more than 75 countries, ITFS is a convenient way for U.S. businesses to establish or expand international presence. Verizon's International Toll Free Service (ITFS) portfolio offers a robust set of international inbound features and value-added services capable of satisfying your inbound voice calling needs. Non-U.S. Terminations are offered under Verizon Global Business Line service.

ITFS with Basic Toll Free Service

Carrier Origination provides facilities based service providers with a cost-effective solution for their dedicated international toll-free traffic. Toll-free calls originate within the available non-U.S. locations and are passed to the Verizon Network for final termination on your network in the contiguous 48 United States. Dedicated-access locations are connected to Verizon's nearest point of presence in the U.S. via DS1 (or greater) access.

IITFS End User Dedicated Toll Free

End-User Dedicated Toll Free service provides a cost-effective solution for your customers by providing toll free service that originates from the calling party in a non-U.S.location and is terminated by Verizon to a dedicated access line between your customer's premise equipment in the U.S. and the Verizon nearest Point of Presence (POP) in the U.S. Dedicated-access locations in the U.S. are connected to Verizon's nearest point of presence in the U.S. via DS1 (or greater) access.

ITFS Switchless Toll Free

ITFS Switchless Toll Free Service provides end-to-end call origination and termination for you. You do not have to own a switch in order to resell this service to your customers. Verizon originates and terminates the toll free traffic for you. No expensive customer equipment is necessary as your customer's toll free number is automatically routed to the Verizon Network. Traffic is originated from anywhere in the United States, Puerto Rico, the US Virgin Islands and Canada, for termination to the end user's ANI or premises equipment in the contiguous 48 United States.

ITFS with Advanced Toll Free Service

Advanced Toll Free Service is one of the most complete inbound transport services available. Featuring a wide variety of routing options, ATF is provided on one of the most reliable platforms in the industry. ATF - Dedicated Carrier Origination

Toll-free calls originate within the available non-U.S. locations and are passed to the Verizon Network for final termination on your network in the contiguous 48 United States. The ITFS calls will terminate either to your dedicated-access locations which are connected to Verizon's nearest point of presence in the U.S. via DS1 (or greater) access or to a Verizon dedicated access line between your end-user customer's premise (PBX) in the U.S. and Verizon's nearest point of presence in the U.S. Dedicated Access Lines can be any of the following: Voice grade dedicated access lines, T-1, Primary Rate Interface (ISDN).

Switchless Toll Free (Common Business Line)

Provides end-to-end call origination and termination for your customers. You do not have to own a switch in order to resell this service to your customers. Verizon originates ITFS calls and terminates the toll free traffic for the customers. No expensive customer equipment is necessary as end user's toll free number is automatically routed to the Verizon Network.
