Verizon's Message Ready Service offers service providers expert billing at a competitive price. The service adds your customer billing information to Verizon's monthly statements in a standard bill format. We prepare and distribute customer bills and collect and deposit the payments. Because we purchase the rated messages or calls for which you give us the charges up front and then bill customers accordingly, your cash flow improves. Plus, your customers receive a single monthly telephone bill to pay.
Message Ready Service is one of the first step options we offer in our turnkey billing services process. It includes accumulation, guiding, bill preparation, tax application, printing, distribution and call recording components. In essence, Verizon does all of the work for you.
You sell Verizon your billables for a variety of messages -- operator-assisted calls, directory assistance, calling card, international calls, credit messages and more. We include your charges on our monthly bill, prepare and mail the bills, and collect and process customer payments.
