Wholesale Mobility Solutions
Overview
Tune into the Wholesale Mobile Frequency … and Dial into Valuable Wireless Customer Profits
How can you not only maintain, but also grow your company’s bottom line yields? How can you offer a triple play of voice and High-Speed Internet that now includes a wireless solution? EASY. Resell Verizon Wholesale Mobility Solutions!
Verizon’s Wholesale Mobility Services include wireless voice, text messaging and wireless data packages. These services are available to our customers who currently purchase Wholesale Wireline products. Adding our Mobility Solutions to your product suite lets you offer variety in voice and data services that keep your customers productive – at the office and on the go.
Verizon Wholesale Mobility Solutions uses one of the most reliable wireless networks in the world. Packaging wireless with your existing products, like High-Speed Internet and voice, can make you more attractive to existing customers – as well as give you an edge in marketing to new customers.
And, when you consider that deploying a broader bundle of High-Speed Internet and voice features is likely to make customers less apt to substitute all the services for a wireless offer, adding wireless to your bundle decreases that risk even further. Simply put, providing a wireless solution is a winning strategy in today’s marketplace. Verizon also extends an attractive wireless device recycling program to its wholesale customers. Under the program, carriers that resell Verizon services can offer recycling of wireless phones and other mobile devices and peripherals to their retail customers who also purchase wireless services from them. Wireless Backup for your Wireline Network Connection
Verizon Wholesale Mobile Broadband offers your customers an affordable and reliable backup path to their wireline networks when they need it most. We call this our "Wireless Backup for Wireline Data" application. Couple one of our Wholesale Mobile Broadband plans with one of our wireless modems, and your customers can now be protected with a broadband wireless alternative to installing a second wireline data circuit. Staying continuously connected is important for the success of your customer's businesses, and our Wireless Backup for Wireline Data can provide a secure and economical alternative connection, helping to manage the risk of a disruption to primary connectivity.
How it works
With Verizon's Wireless Backup for Wireline Data, your customers simply plug their wireline circuit, as well as a wireless modem, into any wireless-capable router with a "failover" feature. If the primary wireline circuit goes down, the router re-directs the customer's traffic to the wireless connection, providing continuous service.
Verizon offers the CradlePoint™ MBR1000 Failsafe Broadband N Router for this application. The CradlePoint™ MBR1000 router provides wireline (up to T1-level) and wireless connectivity, offers automatic failover (re-routing traffic from the primary wireline service to the wireless network) in the event of a disruption to wireline service, and automatically restores service over the wireline connection once service is reestablished. This happens without any IT interaction and allows users to continue to access service without interruption.
If your customer already has a router with dual Wide Area Network (WAN) ports, but the router lacks wireless capabilities, Verizon also offers the CradlePoint™ CBA250 Cellular Broadband Adapter. The CBA250 simply converts the cellular signal to Ethernet and Ethernet to cellular. It is the easiest way to add wireless redundancy on the market today.
Network quality you know and trust
