Overview

Add Verizon Customers to Your Directory

Customers expect to receive complete and accurate telephone directories for reference. Verizon helps directory publishers meet that expectation through our Publisher Lists products and services.

As one of the largest premier telecommunications companies in the world, Verizon listings come directly from our database daily. We can provide listings to you as an Extract and/or an Update. An Extract gives you a snapshot of our white pages database at a given date in time. The Updates provide you with current information on new service orders, customer changes, moves and more. You can request Updates on a daily, weekly or monthly basis.

I. Extract Listings

Extract Listings (as noted in the license agreement as Subscriber List Information)are a "snapshot" of Verizon's White Page Publishing database based on the criteria selected by the customer. A service address is defined as where a subscriber's telephone exchange service is actually located. Additionally, service addresses include zip codes. Service address extracts come from a separate database, and therefore, can be ordered by using a separate service address extract order form. Service Address Options Include:

  • NOL Accounts: accounts residing in the database that have no directory listing. Typically, these are payphone, fax lines, data lines, or various other account situations which do not require directory listings.
  • CLEC: CLEC service address listings are also available.
  • CCNA: If you are a CLEC and require your own listings, you need to provide the 4 digit CCNA code that is used to identify your listings.
