The WorldWide Calling Card allows you to offer your customers a competitive calling card, without having to invest in a calling card platform. With a long list of standard and enhanced features, including standard international direct dial to more than 150 countries and origination from nearly 100, the WorldWide Calling Card is attractive to end-users worldwide.

How It Works

Customers can submit card orders via the customer web portal, Portfolio. In addition, customers can choose to provide a custom scripting recording (applicable only with the domestic US toll free access number) or utilize the default recording. Upon set up of the card and recording, customers can work to create their fulfillment collateral and distribute to end users. End Users will simply be instructed to dial the Toll Free access number for the country of origination at which point they are prompted to enter their card number followed by the number they wish to dial. The call will be routed to the Verizon network and terminated worldwide.

Conference Calling
- Two or more participants may be set up on a conference call
- Provides a simple method of initiating a conference call while traveling
Star Messenger
- Allows cardholders the ability to record messages in their own voice
- Delivery time and date of messages can be specified by cardholder
- Messages delivered to virtually any destination in the world
- Broadcast messages may also be sent to groups of 5, 10 and 20 terminating locations
- Messages can be up to one minute in length for domestic terminations, and up to two minutes for international and broadcast messages
- Messages can be recorded 24 hours a day and can be created for immediate or delayed delivery (up to 30 days in advance)
- Eight attempts are made to deliver the message over a 4-hour period
- Delivery confirmation number provided in order for cardholders to check message delivery status
Speed Dialing
- Program and store up to nine long distance numbers
- Reduces the need to remember frequently dialed numbers
- No surcharge associated with this feature
