Measures for Local Services
View or download monthly reports, get system support, locate contact information for application-related problems, and get answers to a variety of metrics related questions.

CLEC reports are available on a going forward basis only. Once Verizon has received a request for reports from a CLEC certified to operate in the particular state(s) being requested, Verizon will post these reports to the Verizon Wholesale Web site beginning with the data month following the month of the request. The month of request will be considered the current month if the request is received prior to the 15th of the month; otherwise it will be considered the subsequent month.

To receive your reports, you must update your Local Services profile data via the Customer Profile Self-Service Tool (CPSST) and establish connectivity. You also must have a digital certificate and have established connectivity to access the reports. Follow the steps in "Gaining Access to WISE" to obtain your digital certificate.
