Verizon offers users an opportunity to sign up for authorized access to view or download monthly Performance Measurement reports on-line. The reports currently available are Verizon West (former GTE) State measures, Verizon East (former Bell Atlantic) and Verizon West voluntary measures. You must update your Local Services Profile data via the Customer Profile Self-Service Tool (CPSST), have established connectivity to WISE, and have a digital certificate. For Verizon East (former Bell Atlantic), to receive your reports, you must send an email to WQAT@verizon.com. Please specify what states you would like to receive reports or details in with the appropriate ACNA/AECN/RSIDs in those states, and what specific reports you would like, Carrier to Carrier or Performance Assurance Plan. For Verizon West (former GTE), to obtain reports or request raw/excluded data, you must access WISE.
