About WISE

WISE is a server-based Verizon-provided application that allows CLECs/Resellers to send and receive Pre-Order, Order transactions using a web browser.

For questions or problems with a WISE Application or if you need more information or assistance, please open a Trouble Ticket with the WCCC by using the Self Service CLEC Ticket Entry option in WISE or by calling the WCCC on 877-946-5222

Sign In

To establish a new WISE ID:

  • Verify that your company has an active local customer profile in the Customer Profile Self-Service Tool (CPSST).
  • Complete and submit the WISE Access Request Form "For Designated Company Super Users Only". (click on the above link and scroll to the bottom of the page).

Sign In Sign in Here once you have established a WISE account and have your digital certificate.
