All customers with access to WISE now have the ability to create & report trouble tickets without calling the National Support Center (NSC). After you have logged into WISE, the CLEC Self-Service Entry Tool is located at the top menu bar next to LOGOUT.
If you do not have access to WISE, you can call the NSC at 1 800 483-7766.
