Error Code Error Attribute Explanation
0000 Success Transaction completed successfully.
0101 Trouble Report Already Exists A trouble report already exists on this line circuit.
0103 Mandatory Attribute Missing There is a required attribute missing from the message set or there is an attribute tag with no value. For Groups: this error is reported only at the group level. That is, only the group DD tag will be listed and not the individual DD tags within the group. Will occur when using conditional fields.
0104 Invalid Attribute Value There has been an attribute edit failure. For Groups: this error is reported only at the group level. That is, only the group DD tag will be listed and not the individual DD tags within the group. Will occur on formatting errors.
0201 No Such Object Instance Ticket does not exist. In case of end customer originated queries will contain "Last Trouble Cleared Date = " with the last trouble cleared date appended to it. Will occur when using Status Inquiry, Modify, or Close transactions.
0301 Cannot Verify Or Deny At This Time Ticket is in a state of cleared; no additional changes can be performed. Will occur when ticket is currently being worked on by a Verizon employee.
0302 Can Not Close Ticket cannot be closed. Trouble to be closed pending work in progress message.
0303 Trouble Report Change Denied Ticket is in a state of cleared; no changes allowed. Similar to Code 0301. Use same logic
0304 Line Condition Is Not Working Transaction Denied The working condition of the line is equal to "NWKG", "UNAS", "WKG LID","DISC", or spaces. The field will contain "Working Condition Of Line=" with the working condition of the line appended to the message.
0305 The circuit or line status is pending. Transaction denied. A pending service order is open on this account. A Trouble Administration ticket cannot be created.
1001 Processing Failure No Value Will occur on system timeouts. Resubmit transaction.
1002 Fall-Back Reporting A security error has been detected - circuit/owner mismatch or circuit not found. Will occur when CKT ID cannot be found in Verizon records.
1003 Resource Limitation Will occur on system timeouts. Resubmit transaction.
1004 Access Denied Or Access Failure A security error has been detected; access to the system disallowed. Will occur whenever your company's RSID/AECN is not marked as "owner" on Verizon records.
1005 Routing Failure Unable to direct Request to the correct testing center.
1006 Invalid Service Recovery Request Service Recovery Request was denied. For example: Predictor was down, Commitment has expired, the circuit was a PBX.
1007 Commitment Request Failure Commitment Modify Request was denied.
1008 Invalid DSL Test Request DSL Test Request was denied.
1017 The transaction submitted cannot be processed. Please have the end user contact their ISP. The Voice CLEC (VLEC) cannot submit a trouble report for Wholesale Advantage DSL. This edit will prevent creation of a trouble report and other related trouble reporting functions as noted.
2001 Testing System Timed Out Delphi Time Out
2002 No Test Point Inventory 0302 - MTAU info not found in switch
2003 Contact RETAS Help Desk to Correct ERROR: 009999TAS134E add failed CTR has M flag = "N" or no entry in alias table
2004 Contact RETAS Help Desk 2337 - cannot send request to NSDB, invalid center
2005 Circuit ID Invalid Routing Error: Invalid NPA/NXX. The account number entered is not provisioned over Fiber. Trouble Administration functions cannot be performed on this service in this system. Please enter the repair ticket in the Verizon West WISE Repair. West only.
2006 Test Equipment Error 0800 - REACT: EQUIPAGE, NOT EQUIPPED - NYCMNYVS71A on J44 returned unexpected response
2007 System Time Out Resubmit Switch Timeout
2008 Circuit Inventory Incomplete 0301 - No circuit found in switch
2009 Trouble type code and premise access hours may not be modified on Vendor Meet trouble tickets The trouble type code or premise access hours may not be modified on Vendor Meet tickets.
2011 Existing trouble tickets may not be changed to Vendor Meet trouble type code 1522 An existing trouble ticket may not be modified to become a Vendor Meet ticket. If needed, cancel existing trouble ticket and create a Vendor Meet ticket.
2012 The requested premise access date/time is prohibited for Vendor Meet trouble tickets Vendor Meets may only be scheduled M-F 9am-4pm local time
3000 Invalid Trouble Type. The trouble type code entered is invalid. Only data trouble type codes are valid.
3001 Invalid create request. Transaction denied. A trouble report has already been opened by your VLEC partner on this Loop Share circuit. Another trouble report cannot be opened.
3002 Invalid modify or close request. Transaction denied. A trouble report has already been opened by your VLEC partner on this circuit. Only the VLEC partner can modify or close the trouble report.
3006 Security Failed on lead circuit. A security error has been detected on lead circuit - circuit/owner mismatch or circuit not found.
3007 Security Failed on subordinate circuits. A security error has been detected on one or more subordinate circuits - circuit/owner mismatch or circuit not found.
3008 Overall Failure for Multi-Ticket Create. Multi-ticket create failed.
3009 Partial Success for Multi-Ticket Create. One or more tickets successfully created.
3013 Duplicate circuit IDs are not permitted. Circuit ID or TN is duplicated. Correct the circuit list and resubmit.
50027 Could not find any records based on your search criteria. Please check your search criteria.
60001 A system error has occurred. Please contact your system administrator.
60002 The Circuit ID you have entered is not valid. Please correct your entry and try again.
60003 The Telephone Number you have entered is not valid. Please correct your entry and try again.
60004 The Trouble Report Number you have entered is not valid. Please correct your entry and try again.
60008 You must select to retrieve more than 0 rows. Please correct your entry and try again.
60009 You must enter at least 3 characters of a Circuit ID to search for Trouble Reports. Please enter search criteria and try again.
60018 You must specify at least one search criterion. Please enter search criteria and try again.
60019 A database error has occurred. Please contact your system administrator.
60022 No records were found matching your specified search criteria. Please enter your new search criteria and try again.
60023 You are not authorized to access the requested search result. Please enter your new search criteria and try again.
60025 You have entered too many search criteria. You must enter either a telephone number, a circuit ID, a trouble report number, or one or more of the following: partial circuit ID, state code. Please correct your entry and try again.
60026 The CLEC ID provided does not have a valid ECC, ACNA or OCN. A secuirty error has been detected - circuit/owner mismatch or circuit not found.
