FIOS Digital Voice Port Guide



It is important that the disposition of all lines on FiOS Digital Voice accounts is considered in order to accurately process port requests.

Failure to address all lines on the account will result in a queried PON/delayed port.

Retrieve existing FIOS Digital Voice CSR to identify all lines on account

Depending on what disposition the end user directs for each of the lines on the CSR, refer to the bullets below for actions/LSR port submission


  • All lines porting including BTN
    • Submit LSR to port


  • BTN porting and other existing lines disconnecting
    • Submit LSR and individually designate lines that are to port (LNA of V) and lines that are to be disconnected (LNA of D)


  • BTN porting and other existing lines remaining with Verizon Retail
    • End user to call retail to separate BTN & any other lines that will be porting from the lines that will remain. 1-800-VERIZON.
    • Once billing separation complete, submit PON to port
