Customer Certification of Exemption from FUSF Surcharges
The 2020 FUSF Exemption Recertification process will run from January 1, 2020 – February 28, 2020.
Any FUSF exemptions that are not recertified by February 28, 2020 will be removed.
About FUSF Exemption
Verizon applies a Federal Universal Service Fund (FUSF) Surcharge to recover its Universal Service contribution obligations.
Verizon customers may use this electronic FUSF surcharge exemption certification process to identify themselves as direct contributors to the Federal Universal Service Fund and therefore exempt from Verizon's FUSF surcharge.
Complete the FUSF Exemption Certification.
To submit FUSF surcharge exemption certification, you must be a registered user and sign in.
