Installation and Maintenance (POTS)
RCMC POTs-DGTL - The Regional CLEC Maintenance Center (RCMC) is the maintenance single point of contact that manages trouble reports from CLECs and DLECs on: Unbundled Loops (UNE) ISDN, xDSL and Shared Services (Line Sharing and Line Splitting) (RCMC Digital), Resold POTS, Platform (UNE-P) and Analog Loops (RCMC POTS), and UNE HICAP and Designed Loops (RCMC UNE HICAP).
