After successful receipt of the customer's request, the Connectivity Management Team (CMT) will schedule a call between Verizon and the Customer for connectivity testing. This is a short test window where the following is confirmed:
Successful certificate install
Confirmation of customer connectivity to Verizon
Friendly testing (limited volume of test transactions)
If successful, CMT certifies the Customer to proceed with full end to end TAPP testing. To determine the appropriate scope of testing, contact the Verizon Connectivity Management Team at connectivity.management.team@verizon.com
