System Availability
VTAG, TAXI, and LSI-TA are available at all times with exception periods for routine maintenance. These times are indicated as follows (All times ET):

There are exceptions to the hours of availability based upon region. When the following maintenance windows are in effect and the Trouble Administration applications are available, but the back-end systems are not, customers will receive a failed request. These exceptions are listed below.
