Submitting a Help Desk e-ticket from this page follows a simple 3 step process. Prior to submitting your e-ticket, you will be prompted to Sign In. To obtain your User ID and password, please register with your Company User Administrator. If you do not know your Company User Administrator, please contact the Support Team on cirthelpdesk@core.verizon.com. If you have access to the LSI interface, you can submit a ticket using the CLEC Ticket Entry Tool.
