The Product/Service Availability provides information about the availability of Verizon products and services in a particular serving central office.
When to Use
The Product/Service Availability is used to determine the availability and compatibility of products and services, applicable IntraLata and InterLata carriers and available exchanges for an end user location. The Product/Service Availability is also used to obtain the Wholesale Advantage Voice Mail Access Telephone number, which is required when placing a Wholesale Advantage Voice Mail order in Verizon South.
How to Complete
The required fields for submission of this inquiry are "State/Province," "Type of Service" and "NPA/NXX."
