Overview
Contracts are forms provided by Verizon that offer Term & Volume discounts on a wide variety of resale business products and are used in combination with the Local Service Ordering forms. These contracts are established with a legal and binding term and have a specified amount of Early Termination Penalty charges should a customer decide to cancel early. Termination Liability Assessment (TLA) charges will be assessed to all CLECs that wish to cancel a contracted product before the expiration date of the contract for provisioning purposes.
