Order Forms: Resale Frame Relay

Overview
This form is used to order Resale Frame Relay. Resale Frame Relay provides the end users high-speed data transmission. For more details refer to the Wholesale Solutions.
Based on the type of activity indicated on the local service request
(LSR) not all forms may be required for ordering. To ensure the appropriate
forms are submitted to Verizon, refer to resource information within
Verizon's
Business Rules for determining forms. The Ordering Matrix is found in Section 3.3 within the Appendix of the Order Business Rules.
Description
The RFR is sectioned to provide specific information related to the Resale Frame Relay products and services being requested:
- Administrative—basic account information, order number and telephone number
- Related Circuit Details—circuit details including data link information, burst size and port speed
- Remarks—additional information
- UNI Circuit Details—provides jack code information, virtual connection details, line protocol information and zero logic details
- Virtual Circuit Details—circuit details including data link information, burst size and grace discard

Business Rules to obtain requirements.
