Pre-Order Transactions: Cancel Pre-Order Reservation Inquiry

Overview
The Cancel Pre-Order Reservation Inquiry allows the CLEC to cancel an entire Pre-Order transaction. Consequently, any due date or telephone number(s) that is reserved under this Pre-Order transaction will be canceled.
When to Use
The Cancel Pre-Order Reservation Inquiry is used when the CLEC wants to cancel an entire Pre-Order transaction.
How to Complete
To process the Cancel Pre-Order Reservation Inquiry select "Cancel Reservation: Entire Pre-Order" from the Pre-Order menu. The Transaction Type (TXTYP) will be automatically returned with an entry of "K" (Cancel Entire Pre-Order Reservation). The Transaction Activity (TXACT) will be automatically returned with an entry of "K" (Cancel selection of telephone numbers or schedule dates). Many other fields will be automatically returned using the information from other transactions. To complete this transaction select the "Cancel This Reservation" button. Note: There are no fields to populate when using the Cancel Pre-Order Reservation Inquiry.
Responses from Verizon
The response will include the cancelled telephone number(s) (if requested), and the cancelled due date and appointment time (if requested).
