Connectivity Options

CLECs have the ability to receive billing in different mediums. The following electronic options are available for electronic receipt of billing:
  1. Connect:Direct® over a Dedicated Line, BOS BDT format
  2. Connect:Enterprise HTTPS, BOS BDT format
  3. Connect:Enterprise Secure FTP (SFTP), BOS BDT format

Verizon East supports Billing Output Specification (BOS) Billing Data Tape (BDT) format for CLEC bills. Verizon complies with the BOS BDT standards as developed by Telcordia and adapted by the Telecommunications Industry Forum (TCIF) and the Ordering and Billing Forum (OBF).
