Account Handling Through Alliance


Verizon Partner Solutions’s customers are very important to Verizon, and critical to our overall success. We know that you and your customers demand quality service, and the growth of our respective companies can be accelerated by Verizon’s responsiveness and competitive edge. To better serve the growing needs of our Wholesale customers, Verizon has teamed with Alliance Wholesale Agents LLC ("Alliance") to assist Verizon in handling customer accounts. Verizon selected Alliance because of its commitment to quality customer service, high business standards, and telecommunications experience and expertise. In working together, Verizon and Alliance have a shared commitment to meet and exceed your expectations.

In order to take advantage of the relationship we have with Alliance, there are two documents that need to be in place: a Letter of Authorization (LOA) and a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) between you (our Wholesale customer) and Verizon.


  • The LOA should be filled out and returned to your contact at Alliance. Please be assured that Verizon will only give Alliance access to information pertaining to your account (subject to confidentiality restrictions) after your written consent is received.
  • The NDA can be filled out online and submitted electronically to Verizon for counter signature. If you already have an NDA on file with us, just let us know and we’ll make sure it’s still valid.
