Advanced Toll Free Service offers a wide variety of routing options on one of the most reliable platforms in the industry. In addition to having a robust service, Advanced Toll Free offers advanced management and reporting tools to help you manage your service and expenses. The flexibility and sophistication of Advanced Toll Free Service allow you to accommodate your customers’ most complex applications while providing one of the best values in the industry.

ATF – Dedicated Carrier Origination

Dedicated Access Line (DAL) termination is a dedicated circuit from your premise (switch) or from your customer’s premise (PBX), to the Verizon network. Dedicated Access Lines can be any of the following: Voice grade dedicated access lines, T-1, Primary Rate Interface (ISDN).

Switchless Toll Free (Common Business Line)

Provides end-to-end call origination and termination for your customers. You do not have to own a switch in order to resell this service to your customers. Verizon originates and terminates the toll free traffic for the customers. No expensive customer equipment is necessary as end user’s toll free number is automatically routed to the Verizon Network.

Enhanced Call Routing (ECR)

Enhanced Call Routing (ECR) is a flexible network-based product that allows you to put callers in touch with the right department the firsttime they call. ECR is scalable, offering simple functions such as Message Announcement and basic Menu Routing to more complex functions such as Take Back and Transfer and Termination billing. A variety of feature combinations are available to create sophisticated, advanced business solutions.

Enhanced Call Routing (ECR) determines where to send inbound calls by using a combination of caller’s menu choices, originating ANI, time of day, database lookups, and caller entered digits. It provides a flexible and customized solution that allows callers to get to the right agent the first time, or to be transferred directly to another department without having to make a new call. With the ECR Host Connect feature, many calls can be answered by the company’s computer, leaving agents free to take more complex calls. All a company needs to take advantage of ECR is a phone and a toll free number.
