(Friendly Production)
Upon successful completion of all test phases, the
Telecommunications Companies (TC) will begin to submit real production
transactions that will be processed as other production transactions are
processed. Verizon will provide the same level of support as provided in
the test phase. during friendly production testing.
The LSRs sent during friendly production should be
for end users such as TC employees or existing TC retail accounts. Verizon
will carefully monitor these LSRs. Once Verizon and the TC agree that
their transactions in production are working correctly, then the full
testing process ends, and robust production can begin.
