About LSI

The Verizon Local Service Interface (LSI) is a server-based Verizon-provided application that allows CLECs/Resellers to send and receive Pre-Order, Order, Order Status and Trouble Administration transactions using a web browser. The Verizon Local Service Interface is accessible through a security server via the Internet .

Sign In

To establish a new LSI ID:

• Verify that your company has an active local customer profile in the Customer Profile Self-Service Tool (CPSST).
• Complete and submit the new CUA registration form "For Designated Company Super Users Only". ( under Ordering choose LSI WISE application and then choose East under Region).
