When Verizon returns a response to a Trouble Ticket Create request, the response includes various codes that the user may need to identify. The Trouble Administration Code Lookup Tool will reuse the TCSI lookup tool, and will allow users to look up the meaning of following numeric codes:
- Trouble Type Codes
- Error Codes
- Line Test Result Codes
- Override Handle Codes
- Disposition Codes
- Cause Codes
