AccOrd and EXACT are applications for submitting Access Service Requests (ASRs) via a batch process using Connect: Direct protocol. AccOrd processes orders for Verizon North states, EXACT East for Verizon South states; EXACT West for Verizon West states.

You can use the Carrier Services Gateway (CSG) to check the status of an ASR, view a Clarification request, Confirmation Notice, Design Layout Record and critical dates, after the acceptance of your ASR by AccOrd or EXACT.
