Alliance for Telecommunications Industry Solutions (ATIS)
The Alliance for Telecommunications Industry Solutions (ATIS) is a membership organization that sets standards, guidelines and operating procedures that make the interoperability of existing and emerging telecommunications products and services possible. For example, the ATIS Ordering and Billing Forum (OBF) defines the standards for Access Service Requests (ASRs) and for Customer Account Record Exchange (CARE). These definitions can be found in the Access Service Order Guidelines (ASOG) Industry Support Interface (ISI) and the CARE ISI.

North American Numbering Plan Administration (NANPA)
NANPA provides information about the North American Numbering Plan (NANP) and its administration. The NANP is the numbering plan for the Public Switched Telephone Network in the United States and its territories. If you plan on providing Feature Group (FG) B or (FG) D services (see Network Decisions), you will be required to obtain a Carrier Identification Code (CIC) from NANPA.
