Wholesale Internet Service Engine (WISE)

WISE is a on-line application that allows customers to create new, supplement existing, and query the status of LSRs/Orders.

For an Internet connection, the CLEC must have access to the World Wide Web. The CLEC is responsible for setting up and maintaining an internet connection. The following Internet browsers are supported: Internet explorer version 5.0 or higher.

Security Requirements:
A User ID, password are all required to access WISE. Each user will need to obtain a unique ID, password to access WISE. Verizon does not allow sharing digital certificates. Verizon reserves the right to revoke digital certificates and suspend access to WISE if Verizon encounters that users are sharing digital certificates.


The following tasks must be completed to sign up for WISE Ordering:
Submit Connectivity Request over a Secure Connection Complete and submit a WISE Super User Request Form **For Designated Super Users Only.
(Verizon will contact the requestor when an account has been established.)

**Super Users are customer-designated personnel who will manage WISE accounts for their companies.

All other applicants who need access to WISE, must contact their Super Users to obtain an ID and password.
