Steps to Establish WISE Access

Please follow the appropriate steps below to begin your security application setup.

New CLEC Users will begin their WISE SECURITY process by selecting the appropriate ID Request step below.

Suggested Firewall Configuration: (New Companies Only)

The following firewall configuration to access WISE WEB is suggested and Verizon does not claim, guarantee or makes any warranty of the accuracy and completeness of the configuration content. It is the end user responsibility to verify any information before relying or applying it.

Recommended Ports and Protocols

• CLEC firewall ports to open: 443, 81
• Protocol 443 is: HTTPS
• Protocol for port 81 is: HTTP
• The CLEC firewall may be opened up for *.gte.com.
• IP addresses are subject to change without notice. More specifically, *.bdi.gte.com may be opened.
• Verizon Gateway IP 192.76.71.71
