Responses from Verizon

The CFA List and CFA Details search results will list Channel, Status and Circuit ID and allow you to access information about each assigned channel.

The CFA Channel Details search will return the Current Status, Circuit ID and CKR (only when the channel is assigned) for the search criteria entered.

Additional Information

Should you receive a "No facilities found for search criteria error", ensure the correct information was entered. An incorrect state or reversing the A and Z CLLI codes or a typographical error on a CLLI code may cause this error.

Another error that may occur is "A location -This field must be 8 or 11 characters". Check the A and / or Z Location CLLI code entered. Remember these fields must be either 8 or 11 characters in length unless you are doing a Wildcard Search.

A listing of CFA Error Messages (ADVCFA Error Messages) is available on the Access Business Rules page under the Related Documents and Links heading.
