Multiple Exchange Company (Multi EC) Form

Overview

The Multiple Exchange Company (Multi EC) form is used when access service passes through more than one provider's territory and details administrative and billing information for each provider.

Description

The Multi EC form is sectioned to provide specific information related to the end user services being requested:

• Administrative - basic account information
• Access Service Coordination Company Detail - identifies ICSC that will receive request
• Other Exchange Company Detail - identifies other ICSCs that will receive request
