Ports Configuration Form

Overview

The Ports Configuration form is used to provide port specific information and must be associated with one of the following forms:

• Trunking Request
• Transport Request
• End User Special Access Request
• Ring/Additional Ring Information

Description

The Ports Configuration form is sectioned to provide specific information related to the end user services being requested:

• Administrative - basic account information
• Ports Detail - Identifies port information
