Virtual Circuit (VC) Form

Overview

The Virtual Circuit (VC) form is used to provide additional ordering specifications. The Related Circuit Detail section is used to provide information for establishing the physical connection associated with a VC order.

Description

The VC form is sectioned to provide specific information related to the end user services being requested:

• Administrative - basic account information
• Virtual Circuit Detail - identifies the virtual circuit
• Related Circuit Detail - identifies the related circuit information
• Remarks - optional free form field for use to provide further information
