DSL Installation

Verizon’s DSL product offerings are typically designed to be used with self installation kits that you or your customers can use at your customer's location. These kits normally are designed for residential applications and provided by the ISP to their customers. Some business applications may require a Verizon Technician to install the DSL service. This option is recommended for business lines, multi-line installations and Standalone DSL.

If you order DSL service that is self installed, you will need to provide the installation kit to your customer. You can install it for your customer or give the kit to your customer.

If you or your customer ask Verizon to install the DSL service, extra charges will apply. As we do when we perform a customer premises installation, we will provide you or your customer a due date for DSL service.
