  INFOSPEED SERVICE IN CALIFORNIA,FLORIDA AND TEXAS TRANSITIONING TO FRONTIER:

      On February 5, 2015, Verizon Communications Inc. (“Verizon”) entered into a Securities Purchase Agreement with Frontier Communications Corporation (“Frontier”), whereby Verizon agreed to transfer to Frontier certain assets, contracts and its ownership interests in the legal entities operating Verizon’s local exchange businesses in California, Texas and Florida to Frontier (the “Transaction”). Verizon’s Infospeed service is impacted by the Transaction

       The closing of the Transaction is currently expected to occur at the end of the first quarter of 2016. As of closing of the Transaction, Infospeed service in California, Florida and Texas will cease to be provided by Verizon. As of the closing date, Frontier will continue to provide the service in California, Florida and Texas under the same “Generally Applicable Terms and Conditions” (“GATC”) as apply to such service today.

  As of the closing date, the GATC applicable to the service in California, Florida and Texas will be posted on Frontier’s URL https://wholesale.frontier.com/wholesale/isp-services:
