This feature provides the following capabilities:
 Pre-Qual by Phone Number
Pre-Qual by Address
Bulk Pre-Qual by Phone Number
Pre-Qual by Phone Number
This feature allows you to enter one to forty telephone numbers to prequalify for DSL/Standalone DSL Service using the link Submit Result. Once the numbers are entered and Prequalify is selected the system returns a confirmation page with a "Record ID". You have the option of waiting until the request is complete, following the guidance provided on the page or you may submit another batch. The first batch can be retrieved at a later time using the Record ID using the link Get Result in the Pre-Qualification Page.
You will be taken to the Submit Installation Page in if you select submit in both the cases (from Submit Result/Get Result). The user can place the DSL order by clicking the link on the qualified speed result, which will take you to the Ordering Form for DSL.
If DSL or Standalone DSL is already in Service the Prequal by TN Result Page will have a link Change ISP to change the service from one ISP to other. In this case the Ordering page will have the Installation Option, Kits to be shipped and Customer Provided Modem fields will be disabled.
Pre-Qual by Address
This feature allows you to enter an Address to prequalify for DSL and Dryloop Service using the links Submit Request-xDSL and Submit Request-Standalone DSL respectively. Once the address is entered and Prequalify is selected the system returns a confirmation page with a "Record ID". You have the option of waiting until the request is complete, following the guidance provided on the page or you may submit another batch. The first batch can be retrieved at a later time using the Record ID using the link Get Result in the Pre-Qualification Page.
You will be taken to the Submit Installation Page in if you select submit in both the cases (from Submit Result/Get Result). If the address entered for Prequalification has ambiguity, the user will be shown the addresses nearly equal to the address entered for Prequalification as shown in Figure: Addresses Qualified.
The user can place the Standalone DSL order by selecting the Order Standalone DSL button on the Prequal by Address Result page, which will take to the Standalone DSL Ordering Form.
