The IOCC Technical Support Team assists ISPs during the setup phase. This includes initial setup of User Names and passwords and application issues.
ISP Single Point of Contact for all upfront ordering issues and reject codes.
Troubleshoot reject codes and proactively work toward root cause and reduction of rejects.
ISP Single Point of Contact for past due completions – investigate and resolve past due orders.
Hours of operation are 7:00AM – 5:30PM CST Monday through Friday.
