The Appointment Scheduling inquiry is used to check installation dates.

The Appointment Scheduling Inquiry is used when the CLEC requires a due date quote prior to issuing a Local Service Request (LSR).
How to Complete
The required fields for submission of the Appointment Scheduling Inquiry are "Request Type," "Activity Type," "Type of Service," "Call Back Number" and "Quantity of Numbers Requested". The required fields "Customer Carrier Name Abbreviation," "Company Code," "State," "Transaction Number," "LSOG Version," "Transaction Activity," "Transaction Type" will be automatically returned using the information from the address validation transaction.
Responses from Verizon
The response will include the reserved due date and appointment time (if requested). The reserved due date will be held for 5 business hours.
